Broth has been made for centuries as a comfort food but also to heal our bodies. Each cup of broth is full of collagen, amino acids and minerals that contribute to a healthier living. The cooking time (typically a minimum of 24 hours) helps break down the bones and connective tissue, resulting in a collagen and mineral rich broth that is easily digested and absorbed by your body.
We create beef broth and chicken broth using grass-fed beef bones and organic chicken from environmentally responsible farms in England. Our bone broth is slow-cooked for at least 24 hours using traditional recipes with elements of fusion from East Asia where broth have restorative and curative purposes.
We also have a unique vegan broth made from burdock roots, seaweed and culinary and medicinal herbs giving it particular health benefits.
